Make an appointment directly online from the comfort of your own home.
We allow online booking 24 hours in advance and up to 8 weeks ahead.
If you require an urgent appointment on the day, it is better to call us on 07575 00 9876 and we will try to see you if possible.
We do not see medical emergencies e.g. chest pains, strokes, fractures, or cases that require urgent medical attention. You need to go to your nearest Accident and Emergency Department or call 999.
If you have an appointment with our GP and it is decided that the appropriate action is for you to attend your local NHS A&E department, you will be directed to do so. You will still be charged the appointment fee.
Our GP service and the Rivers Hospital is not appropriate for acute medical illness. Please do not use the GP service instead of your A&E department.

How to book online:
1. Choose 'any practitioner' or the doctor of your choice
2. Select an appointment slot to suit you
3. Input your details and payment will be taken before your appointment is confirmed.
4. You will receive a confirmation email and a link to a pre-appointment questionnaire.

CANCELLATION: To cancel your appointment, please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment by phone or email.
We require a minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice. Otherwise, the payment fee will not be refunded.
